GERMAIN RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

While we endeavor to display the most accurate information regarding the products we sell, you may not be entirely happy with the purchase in terms of color or size. We invite you to contact us in event of any such circumstances where you would require to ascertain the information provided with the product to be within your specification, making your shopping experience more delightful and less erroneous as possible on our part.

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a very hassle-free returns. Simply contact us at info@shop-germain.com or leave a message in GERMAIN MAIL located at the Contact Us page, and we will promptly send you a return label, which you can print and affix on the box you received your purchase in. The refund will be made in the form of original payment or store credit, as you desire. 

If the fit is not right and you wish to exchange your purchase, follow the same steps as our refunds, and the desired product will be shipped back to you as soon as the original purchase is received. 

The refunds and / or exchanges must be made within 14 days of you receiving the package. The return or exchange is free if made within 14 days. But if for any reason, the time extends beyond 14 days, we will issue a refund or exchange solely at our discretion. In such a case, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

All the purchases returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different size and fit must accompany the original Brand Tag, Germain Tag, Price Stickers and Original Package Intact as it was shipped to you. The returned items will be thoroughly inspected before issuing a refund or exchange. If it is found to be worn, altered or missing anything that accompanied the original purchase, we keep the right to refuse the refund, or exchange and the package will be returned to you. But we are always keen on making your shopping process more enjoyable, so we implore you to remove the tags or peripherals only after you are satisfied. If you have any questions, please contact us without hesitation, and we can service any of your question to your utmost satisfaction. 

All the sale items are final sale, and are not subjected to any refund or exchanges. If the item purchased on sale is submitted for a refund or exchange, it will be returned to you and refunds will not be issued. We strive to serve you better, so please ask any question about the sale item should you have any, in order to make an informed and satisfied purchase.

As we source our products from various brands throughout the world, we may not have the desired size and fit for exchange at times. In such case, you may return for a full refund and purchase another item with the desired size and fit.

We do not offer international exchanges at this time. If you should find your purchase not to your satisfaction, you may return it and purchase a new item with desired size and fit. Please contact our customer service and we will make it extremely easy and the most satisfactory for you.
